Apartment Lock-Outs

If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your apartment, please contact our office.  If it is possible we will let you in to your apartment.  If we are not able to get to your unit, we have arrangements with a 24-hour locksmith service that will come to your assistance.

If we are able to let you in to your unit the fee is $50.  If the locksmith has to come out, the fee is $100.  The charges will be billed to your account.

We suggest that you make arrangements to have access to an extra set of keys to avoid these problems and charges.
