Paying Rent

You can pay your rent with a check payable to Key Management unless your lease specifies a different name.  Rent checks can be mailed to the office or dropped off with the receptionist on the second floor.  Her hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.   Rent is due on the first of the month and considered late under the terms of your lease if received after the fifth.  Please pay promptly to avoid late charges.
