Utilities
If you need to establish gas and electric service in your name, these are the contact numbers that you need:
Gas: Peoples Energy 1-866-556-6001
Electric: ComEd 1-877-426-6331
When you move out, contact our office to notify us of the date that you are having the utilities taken out of your name so that we can make arrangements to change the service over to the new tenants. Please do not request to have the utilities shut off as it can result in additional fees, inconvenience and even possible damage to the apartment.
