For non-emergency problems such as leaky faucets or an outlet that does not work, you can either call the office 773-404-2796 and leave a message or fill out the maintenance request email form below. Work orders are issued daily and your problem will be addressed promptly.

If you have an emergency, such as a furnace that stopped working or a clogged toilet that is overflowing, call our emergency number 312-315-0366. Please do not call this number for non-emergencies.
